• DE-4 State of California Employee's Withholding Certificate [PDF]
  Used to compute the amount of taxes to be withheld from wages, by employers, to accurately reflect state tax withholding obligation.


• Employee Electronic W-2s [PDF]
  View, consent and withdraw consent for employee electronic W-2s. This form shows the amount of taxes withheld from employee paychecks for the year and is used to file federal and state taxes. Visit the PeopleSoft Self Service page for more helpful information.

  Used by employers to withhold the proper amount of federal income tax from paychecks.
