- Establish baseline measurement and inventory of documents managed.
- Determine and verify record retention requirements.
- Flowchart process and associated costs.
- Implement electronic document management and workflow.
- Increase the number of government services provided electronically.
Leverage Information Technology/Expand E-Government Services to Internal and External Customers
- Conduct web site and intranet (internal site) survey to determine baseline and current customer usage.
- Initiate action plan to respond to gaps identified in the survey.
- Measure access and customer satisfaction.
- Provide additional information/services based on survey results.
- Increase percentage of transactions conducted electronically.
