Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (BHRS) is the administrator of the Stanislaus County Alcohol and Drug Prevention Plan. Guided by a community-based planning process that prioritized problems and directed strategies, the Prevention Plan relies on the strengths of our community to address the problems of methamphetamines, underage drinking, and older adult substance abuse. A combination of community-based strategies and specialized prevention programs define a clear course of action and the responsibility BHRS shares with our partners and community to prevent substance abuse.
