The North County Corridor Transportation Expressway Authority's Technical Advisory Committee is made up of five members representing Stanislaus County, City of Modesto, City of Oakdale, City of Riverbank, and StanCOG.

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meets the first Wednesday of every other month at 10:30 a.m. (See meeting schedule.) The meetings are held at:
